SEPTEMBER 2025 NEWSLETTER |
That's a wrap on the 2025 legislative session! It's been a busy and exciting first year of our two-year session, and I'm grateful to all of you who engaged with my office and our work. Whether you called, sent messages, or shared your input through our legislative survey, you made sure YOUR voice was heard.
As of September 12, the Governor has 30 days to sign, veto, or let legislation become law without his signature. Next month, I'll share an update on which of my bills were signed into law!

On Sunday October 5th, you can join my team in this year's "Walk to Defeat ALS" put on by the ALS Association at De Anza Cove Park in Mission Bay. Check-in starts at 8:30 am, and the walk will begin promptly at 10:00 am. RSVP here to join.

I encourage students to participate and showcase their understanding of civic values while making their voices heard on issues that matter to them. For more information, including contest guidelines and how to submit entries, please click the button below.
