ALS, or Lou Gehrig's Disease, is a neurodegenerative disease which causes the brain to lose connection with the body’s muscles. To this day there is still no known cure, and over 5000 patients receive a diagnosis every year. On Sunday, October 5th, the ALS Association will be hosting the annual “Walk to Defeat ALS” in the hope that someday a cure can be found!
Check-in @ 8:30 am, Walk starts @ 10:00 am
