In partnership with the California Housing Finance Agency, the California Department of Justice, and the San Diego Housing Commission, this event will be your opportunity to learn more about the Dream For All Shared Appreciation Loan. This program offers down payment and/or closing costs assistance for first-generation homebuyers.
In addition to the California Housing Finance Agency and the San Diego Housing Commission discussing affordable housing opportunities, the California Department of Justice will present on landlord and tenant issues.
