The California Mortgage Relief Program uses federal Homeowner Assistance Funds to help homeowners get caught up on past-due housing payments and property taxes. Learn how the program works and who is eligible, as well as when applications are due and the amount of funding that can be awarded. Recent program expansions have gone into effect which expands eligibility parameters so more people can take advantage of this great program!
The program is absolutely free and the funds do not need to be repaid.
